  • Pre-K Program Enrollment
Children who will be 4 years old on or before August 31, 2014 may be eligible to register for Pre-Kindergarten classes for the upcoming 2014-2015 school year. Pre-K programs target at-risk four year olds who may not be ready to enter Kindergarten due to certain risk factors, including: low income, health-related conditions, developmental delays, and English as a second language.

Parents are encouraged to complete and submit an application, along with required documents as listed on the application form, for a review of their child’s eligibility. Applications are available at the Alamance-Burlington school district’s administrative office at 1712 Vaughn Road in Burlington, at any Alamance-Burlington School System (ABSS) elementary school, at the Ray Street Academy at 609 Ray Street in Graham, or on the ABSS website: www.abss.k12.nc.us. In addition, applications are available at the Alamance Partnership for Children office at 2322 River Road in Burlington, or at any Head Start location in Alamance County.
