The video below is from the GEAR UP summer enrichment programs that were held this past July for 7th and 8th graders at Broadview Middle School and seniors at Cummings High School.  The summer enrichment programs gave students and their parents a week of learning about college together.  During the week, the students got to do group activities and mentoring programs, they also got the opportunity to have a guest speaker come and talk to them about bullying.  At the end of the week middle school student and parents took a field trip to NC A&T State University and the Civil Rights Museum in Greensboro.  High school seniors and parents took a field trip to East Carolina University and Barton College.
