  • Proctor Sign Up

We need proctors for EOG/EOC/NCFE testing on May 31, June 1, June 2, June 6, June 7, and June 8.  Please help if you can.  Click here to sign up online.

We need a large number of parent and community volunteers to assist us as proctors May 31 through June 8, during End-of-Grade testing.  Proctoring involves assisting a teacher with handing out and collecting test materials.  Proctors will help the teacher monitor the class test environment and will escort individual students to the restroom as needed.  Proctors are not present to help students with the test.  We cannot allow parents to proctor in the classroom in which their child is testing.

The state testing program provides data about the effectiveness of our instructional program and guides us in the development of better instructional strategies.  Proctors need to be available from 7:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on testing days.  Each proctor will need to attend a brief training session during the week prior to testing.

If you are able to assist on any or all of the testing dates, please click the link at the top of this page and complete the online form.  Or, you can pick up a sign-up form at the school front desk or call the school office.  Volunteers will receive a call from our school when we begin scheduling proctors.  Please contact our school secretary, Sabrina Crump, if you have any questions.  She can be reached at (336) 570-6195 or by email.
