Annual Enrollment for the North Carolina State Health Plan for Teachers and State Employees will take place May 20, 2013 thru May 31, 2013. The effective date for these enrollments and changes will be July 01, 2013.
IMPORTANT:
Members do not need to do anything during annual enrollment if they are satisfied with their current plan. If you take no action, you and any dependents will remain on your current plan.
If you would like to make changes or enroll for the upcoming 2013 plan year, please review the instructions below:
If you wish to make changes or enroll into your health benefits you will need to do so through eEnroll, formerly known as eBenefitsNow. Paper applications are no longer accepted. You will need to login into the eEnroll system at https://shp-login.hrintouch.com . Any plan changes or enrollments made during this current Annual Enrollment will become effective July 1, 2013. Verification of added dependents may be requested at a later date.

1. Website address for enrollment & changes: https://shp-login.hrintouch.com
2. Login ID: Your first name, the first initial of your last name and the last four digits of your social security number
3. Password: Your most recent password or your social security number
