Exceptional Children's Department
Today we would like to showcase Dr. Tracy Sheradin. Dr. Sheradin has two undergraduate degrees, one in special education and one in elementary education from Keuka College in 1999. She has two master's degrees, one in reading education and one in special education earned form Elmira College in 2001. She has a PhD in Special Education earned from Walden University in 2004. She is also a Nationally Board Certified Exceptional Children's teacher. Dr. Sheradin has been married to the other Dr. Sheradin for twelve years, and they have two Siamese cats named Emily and Madison. Outside of school, she participates in skeet and trap shooting, gardening, reading, running half marathons, going to the gym - Thank you, Coach DeAngelo - and watching the Carolina Hurricanes play hockey. Her bucket list includes attending the Stanley Cup Finals Hockey Game, completing a marathon in under five hours, paying back student loans, writing a book, learning how to play the harp and the upright bass violin, owning a donkey, and living at the beach so she can be more involved with sea turtle preservation efforts.
