PLACEMENT TESTING UPDATE FOR STUDENTS INTERESTED IN THE CAREER ACCELERATOR PROGRAM
All students who have attended at least one facility tour and have continued interest in the Career Accelerator Program were asked to take the Alamance Community College Placement test prior to Friday, February 17th, in order to continue as an eligible candidate for the program. This deadline has been extended. Students still needing to complete their placement test at ACC may register at http://tinyurl.com/2017CAPtest or may meet with their Career Development Coordinator to receive assistance with the test registration process. The special test dates are Monday, February 20th at 4:30pm OR Tuesday, February 21st at 4:30pm. Students must sign up in advance using the link in order to test during one of the two special sessions.

Bus Driver Training Classes
Alamance-Burlington Schools is hosting 5 Bus Driver Training classes through the remainder of the 2016-2017 school year. The classes are sponsored by the North Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles Division of School Bus and Traffic Safety
Each series of classes will be held in the auditorium at the Alamance-Burlington Schools Administrative Office located at 1712 Vaughn Road in Burlington.
Each class schedule is as follows:
- Day 1 class is held from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
- Day 2 class is held from 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
- Day 3 class is held from 8:30 am - 2:00 pm
