  • Untitled Document Selection of Attorney
    The Alamance-Burlington Board of Education is accepting proposals from local attorneys to provide legal services related to bond forfeitures, driving while intoxicated vehicle forfeiture and real estate matters as outlined in the Request for Qualifications. The deadline to submit a proposal is February 28 at 5:00 p.m.

  • Makeup Information for Day Missed on January 14

    For year round schools:
    February 16 will become an early release day for students with staff members attending the afternoon district professional development event already scheduled

    For A-B Middle College:
    Saturday, January 31 will become a student day to make up for January 20 when schools were closed due to inclement weather

    Draft Academic Calendars for 2016 - 2017
    Draft Academic Calendars for 2016 - 2017 are available for public comment. We welcome and encourage your suggestions!

    The ABSS Board will consider the 2016-2017 calendars in January, with approval scheduled for February. School calendars must comply with North Carolina's school calendar law. Please take this opportunity to review the calendars and share your comments and suggestions with us.

  • Military Connected Student Information
    Parents and guardians, if you have a student in your household who has an immediate family member connected with the U. S. military, please take a few minutes to complete a short form. This includes family members serving on active duty, in the National Guard and Reserves, Retired Military, Disabled Veterans or Civil Service Employees. The information on the short survey form is being collected on behalf of the North Carolina General Assembly to ensure that the unique needs of military-connected students are met. We would appreciate your participation.
