    Save Time — Get Started Today! The online enrollment works on any device with internet connectivity: computer, laptop, tablet or mobile phone.

    All returning students (as well as new students) must be registered online this summer before school starts!  

    • NEW-TO-HIGHLAND Rising Kindergarteners:  Online registration is open!  See link above.
    • NEW-TO-HIGHLAND Rising 1st-5th Graders:  Online registration is open!  See link above.
    • RETURNING STUDENTS that are rising 1st-5th Graders:  Please update enrollment information.  All communication will be received at the email address used to complete the initial online registration.  Please check your email (spam folder) for an email from Hollis_Wroblewski@abss.k12.nc.us.  The subject of the email is: IMPORTANT - Update Info about your HLE Student for 2020-2021.  You will need to open that email and click on the individualized link to update your enrollment for your child for the 20-21 school year. An individualized email (with an individualized student link) should come to you for each ABSS student you have currently enrolled.  

    A special note for all Returning Students:  If you have had a change in address or we have received returned mail from the address that is on file, updated proofs of residence will be required prior to school starting.

      Clever Portal
     
    You can access several online resources through the Clever Portal above.  Highland encourages the use of Imagine (literacy or math) and Achieve 3000 (Grades 3-5).  
     
    If you have not previously logged into your child's Google account on your home device, you will initially "log in through google" using your child's full school Gmail address.  (It will not work using a parent's gmail account.)  Once this information is entered, it will prompt you to enter your child's google username and password.

    If you need any usernames/passwords, please contact your child's teacher directly.  Please allow a grace period for teacher response to these requests as it does take time.

    2020-2021 School Year

    Walkers

    At this time, we will allow morning walkers only.  Walkers should follow the sidewalk along the car rider line and wait to be directed across our crosswalk.  Parents may walk with their child up to the crosswalk.  While on campus all persons should wear a mask and socially distance at least 6ft from non-family members.  

     

    We will make a determination later in the school year if we are able to allow afternoon walkers to dismiss.  For now, all students will be dismissed either by car or bus.

    Car Rider Tag Registration form 2020-2021

    If you have a Car Rider Tag from the previous year and all student names are up-to-date, you DO NOT need to fill out this form.

     

    If you have a Car Rider Tag from the previous year but you need to update student names, you DO need fo fill out this form. Please note that you only need an updated sticker on the last question.

     

    Please list all of your children under the Student(s) Name(s) question. Your children will all be assigned the same car tag.

     

    ONLY STUDENTS WHO ARE CAR RIDERS NEED TO REGISTER!!!
