I am a graduate of Southern Alamance High School and Elon University.  I taught biology, advanced biology and AP biology at Eastern Alamance High School for 12 years.  I have also worked at Cummings High School where I served as a science curriculum coach for three years.  I am thrilled to be "home again" teaching at SHS for the tenth year.  My husband, Steve Moore, is an 8th grade math teacher at Southern Middle School.  We have two children--Kolin who is a senior at UNC-Charlotte and Faith who is a sophomore at SHS.
