Welcome to my homepage! I would like to welcome you to GMS.      I am Señor Castillo. 

Global Studies is the beginning of a pathway that CAN lead into Spanish language courses for your 7th- and 8th-grade electives.  While this class is designed to give you more knowledge of the world and its cultures, I will also give you small "tastes" of the Spanish language.  By the end of this course, you will know whether the Introduction to Spanish class in 7th-grade is of interest to you.

Spanish I (Introduction to Spanish & Exploring Spanish) is designed to give you the opportunity to learn the essentials of the Spanish language:  this knowledge  will serve as the foundation for future challenges, as you continue  learning more about this language.
