Honors Anatomy and Physiology
Course Description: This course is designed for students who plan to enter careers that require extensive knowledge of human anatomy and physiology. Focus will be centered upon the orientation and organization of the human body, the support and movement of the human body, regulation and maintenance of the human body, and the integration and control systems of the human body. This course will include labs to physically demonstrate the mechanical principles.
Recommended Prerequisites: Students should have successfully completed biology before taking this course. It is suggested that students have also successfully completed chemistry but may take it concurrently with this course.
