I am thrilled to enter my 3rd year as an administrator here at Williams High School! Our students, staff, and community are an incredible group of people and I'm thankful I am able to spend my days working alongside each of you!
Prior to becoming a Bulldog, I have spent 12 years in education, as both a teacher and a Literacy Coach. After receiving my undergraduate degree in Education, I spent time in High Point, NC as an English and Social Studies teacher with Guilford County Schools. During my time there, I was honored to serve as the Guilford County Middle School Teacher of the Year during 2013. After receiving my Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction, I moved to Orange County Schools to work as a Literacy Coach in Efland, NC. Finally, after receiving my Master's Degree in School Administration, I was lucky enough to continue at Williams High School as one of your Assistant Principals.
I am incredibly passionate about creating a safe, trusting space for students to explore and become their very best. My biggest goal is to ensure each individual student has the opportunity to find the best path for them and cheer them on as they make it happen.
