I am very excited to be teaching in the library at Andrews Elementary!  I have been teaching for more than 30 years, mostly in 4th and 5th grade classrooms, but I also homeschooled my own children and taught 5th grade ELA online.  The library is a new adventure for me, and I can't wait to see how it shapes up.  From current fiction to innovative technology texts to creative makerspaces, there are so many terrific possibilities!

When I'm not in the library, I enjoy spending time with my husband of 33 years, our grown-up children, and our dog, Maggie.  I enjoy crafting, traveling, baking, and (of course!) reading.
