Photographic Imaging I and II
Mr. Erik Perel Room: Lib 1
I've been a professional photographer for 16 years. I began my career in the news industry, shooting assignments for newspapers, magazines and wire services. I've done a lot of sports photography, and from 2004-2011, I toured the country taking pictures on the NASCAR circuit.
I now do more local photography, and I'm excited to be starting my fourth year teaching photography at Eastern. My goal is to teach students the basics of photography, helping them move beyond the snapshot towards making well-composed pictures. We learn camera basics, and we learn how to use Photoshop. This is a class offered at Eastern through Alamance Community College, so students will receive six credit hours of college photography upon course completion.
Please feel free to email me with any questions and/or concerns.
