Welcome to my website!

This is my 1st year teaching at Western Middle School, but I bring several years of experience in seventh grade at other schools. I look forward to being a part of the Western family.

Attention Parents and Students

The first quarter is coming to a close on 10/23.  This is just a reminder that all work must be submitted in Canvas or turned in to me via email no later than 10/22.  Canvas is being updated regularly, so please check to see if you are missing any assignments and get them turned in as soon as you can.  After checking Canvas for any missing work, and you are not sure what you are missing please feel free to contact me via email.  I will try to provide you with as up to date iinformation on missing or turned in assignments as I can.

Attention Students

The school and district are asking teachers to update a safety feature in the Zoom Session settings.  I have updated the setting in the Zoom Invitations for my classes.  I did not have to create new Zoom invitations for my Thursday and Friday classes.  The Zoom Invitations you have for Thursday and Friday are still good.  However, if you get the message "Internal Only" error, please follow the steps that were sent out by both Western Middle and ABSS to get past the error message.  I will post a link to the instructions to my homepage, as well as an email to all students that contains the link and written instructions.  I hope you find this post helpful, and if you have any questions please email me or the school.
