• Good morning GPE families,

     

    Thank you so much for all of the students/families who have been participating.  I have really enjoyed seeing your exercise logs with pictures and videos! 

     

    All of the specialty teachers would love to see you too!  We want to continue having "check-in" meetings using Google Meet with as many students would like to talk to us to as possible.  Starting today, we will all meet together from 12:30-1 each day.  Please remember that in order to "check-in" with us you will need to log-on using your ABSS google account.  I hope to see you there!

     

    The following lessons are for Thursday, April 9th.  Please see below to find your child’s lesson for the day.  Let me know if you have any questions or problems. Also, please remember to upload a picture or video showing your work for the day on the exercise log.

    Good Morning K/1 Families,

     

    Please see the below content for today. 

     

    For the exercise part for today's lesson, students will do a Kidzbop dance along to the song, "20 20 Vision."  Remember to follow along and try your best.  You can take a picture or video of you doing the dance and send it with your exercise log.

    For today's Health lesson, students will rewatch the 5 food groups song from last week and then answer the questions that follow.  You will count up how many items there are for each group.  You can send your completed sheet through Dojo or with your exercise log.

  • Good Morning 4/5 Families,

     

    For the exercise part of today's lesson, you will do an exercise from Darebee.com.  4th grade students will try to do 5 circuits of the exercise and 5th grade students will try to do 7 circuits.  There are some examples of various movements done in the exercise underneath the workout.  You can either take a video/picture of you doing the exercise to upload or you can tell me how many circuits you were able to complete using your exercise log.

    In today's health lesson, you will watch a video about how to read nutrition facts labels from a registered dieticain.  It is a really great video with lots of useful information.  After watching the video, you will answer the questions on the last activity sheet.  The other 2 sheets are for you to look at if you need it.  You can take a picture of your completed sheet and send it to me either through Dojo or your exercise log.
