Photographic Imaging I
Photographic Imaging II
I am a semi-retired studio professional photographer, with 52 years experience. Since graduating from Elon University with a degree in English in 1975, I have worked for and owned Westbrook Studios in Burlington. I have done much portrait, wedding, product, industrial, advertising, catalog, food, and aerial photography. Since 2010, I have taught continuing-education classes in Basic Photography and Portrait Photography at Alamance Community College, and since the fall of 2012, I have been teaching Photographic Imaging at Eastern Alamance High School. I have found teaching to be extremely rewarding, and I especially enjoy the opportunity to share my knowledge of the art and craft of photography.
Photographic Imaging I and II are college level courses offered by Alamance Community College at Eastern Alamance High School. Students who successfully complete this course will earn six hours of college credit from Alamance Community College.
We will be using Canvas for our course page and PowerSchool for final grades this year.
