Membership Committee
PURPOSE: The Membership Committee provides the Board of Directors with guidance and counsel in the areas of membership by reviewing, discussing, evaluating and recommending policies and procedures.
MEMBERSHIP: Appointed from the general membership by the Board President, with the discretion to appoint volunteers
REPORTING
RELATIONSHIP: The Membership Development Chair is to report to the current 1st Vice President of the Board of Directors
STAFF: The Athletic Director
MEETINGS: 4 times annually and as necessary to prepare for Board policy discussions and to meet annual goals of the committee.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To annually review Membership performance and demographics
- To annually review policies relating to membership structure and pricing.
- Develop member impact goals
- Review Athletic Pass program pricing and policies
- Sell and promote membership at athletic events
- Maintain membership database
- Meet with the board to set annual chart of work
- To work within the parameters of an annually approved budget

Concession & Spirit Wear Committee
PURPOSE: The Concession and Spirit Wear Committee provides the Board of Directors with guidance and counsel in the areas of concession management, spirit wear sales and inventory by reviewing, discussing, evaluating and recommending policies and procedures.
MEMBERSHIP: Appointed from the general membership by the Board President, with the discretion to appoint volunteers.
REPORTING
RELATIONSHIP: The Concession and Spirit Wear Chair reports to the current 2nd Vice President of the Board of Directors
STAFF: The Assistant Athletic Director
MEETINGS: 4 times annually and as necessary to prepare for Board policy discussions and to meet annual goals of the committee.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To schedule concession operations
- To develop standardized operational procedures and create oversight and accountability standards
- To inventory and purchase all supplies
- To create and ensure efficient and proper controls in handling receipts and deposits
- To inspect and maintain concession work areas
- To work within the parameters of an annually approved budget

Sponsorship/Special Event Committee
PURPOSE: The Sponsorship/Special Event Committee provides the Board of Directors with guidance and counsel in the areas of sponsoring the athletic program by reviewing, discussing, evaluating and recommending policies and procedures and by planning and hosting special fundraising events.
MEMBERSHIP: Appointed from the general membership by the Board President, with the discretion to appoint volunteers.
REPORTING
RELATIONSHIP: The Facility Assessment Chair reports to the Secretary of the Board of Directors
STAFF: The Athletic Director
MEETINGS: 4 times annually and as necessary to prepare for Board policy discussions and to meet annual goals of the committee.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To create and market all options for participation in a sponsorship program
- Plan, sell advertising, publish and distribute sports programs
- To annually develop a prospect list and recruit new sponsors
- To retain and renew current sponsors
- To place and maintain appropriate recognition
- Work with sponsors to design appropriate signage
- Plan annual reverse auction
- To work within the parameters of an annually approved budget
