ABSS School Nutrition

  • ABSS School Nutrition operates under the Federal Program for the National School Lunch and National School Breakfast. A USDA requirement for all schools in this program is to increase lunch prices to ensure that sufficient funds are provided to the foodservice account for paid lunches.
     
    2021-2022 Meals are FREE for all students!
     
    Breakfast and lunches will be no-cost for all students during the next school year.
     
    Positive balances will carry forward to the next year for all returning students. For questions about meal accounts, or to request a refund, email or call Candi Watlington at: candi_watlington@abss.k12.nc.us or 336-438-4000 ext. 20060
     
    We encourage all families to complete a lunch application for the school year 2021-2022.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
