• Try these steps if you are having problems getting into SchoolNet:


    STEP 1

    Problem: If students log-in through PowerSchool and click the link to SchoolNet and get a white screen or just spins.

    Solution: Only give it a minute or two, then close the tab and click SchoolNet link again - Try this two more times.

     

    STEP 2

    Problem: Student continues to have difficulties logging in to SchoolNet

    Solution:  Completely close browser and open a new browser and try again.  Sometimes switching to FireFox from Chrome or visa versa helps. (Note: Chromebooks don't have different browsers.)

    *May even go an extra step by clearing history in the browser.

     

    STEP 3

    Problem: If students log-in through PowerSchool and click the link to SchoolNet and get a message that says “Our Apologies…” or attempted solution above with no success.

    Solution: Close out, open a new web window, and type in the following web address: http://homebase.schoolnet.com.  This opens a “back door” way to access SchoolNet.  Student will be directed to NCEdCloud to log in and will then be directed to SchoolNet.
