Alamance Burlington Schools Superintendent Bruce Benson speaks to eighth-grade Spanish language students Karsen Simmons, Ellie Henderson and Isabelle Stephan, as Jennifer Lopez, Christina Aguilera and Shakira, at the first living wax museum featuring famous Hispanics this week at Western Alamance Middle School. The museum had students who have been in Spanish language immersion classes since kindergarten, as well as first-time foreign language students. The event was coordinated by Spanish teacher Tammy Kasserman and Spanish Immersion program teacher Jorge Andrade.
