Welcome Letter 2021

Dear Alamance Virtual School Parents and Community,

As Principal of the Alamance Virtual School, it is my distinct pleasure to welcome everyone to the 2021-2022 school year! We are excited to begin inaugural work in Alamance County for our young people. TheAlamance Virtual School is destined to provide K-12 opportunities within a virtual platform to assist with flexible scheduling.

It is our mission to engage and empower students as they move toward the ultimate goal of being responsible community members. We will strive to challenge each student to grow their academic abilities preparing themselves for post-secondary educational opportunities; enlisting in one of the Armed Services; or becoming gainfully employed. We are acquiring a staff who will utilize research-based best practices and analyze academic data to determine skill levels and set goals for growth, improvement, and enrichment.

We are building a website which we hope is helpful and informative, Contact information in the form of email addresses and phone can be found on this site. Each week, new staff and updates to the school calendar will be added. Please continue to watch us grow.

We do have social media accounts for the Alamance Virtual School.

I am honored to serve as the principal of the Alamance Virtual School. It is truly a privilege to be a part of a community where students, parents, and teachers have chosen for educational needs. I look forward to building positive relationships that support academic and social growth. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns at
