CROSS COUNTRY WORKOUTS
All who are interested in Joining the Men's and Ladies' Cross Country Team
Summer workouts will be Monday-Friday starting June 17th. June Workouts will be held at Eastern Alamance.
July-August Workouts: Monday and Tuesday will be held at Lake Cammack, Wednesday-Friday will be held at Eastern Alamance.
All workouts are 7:30-9:00 AM
Each athlete must have a updated physical.
