Members of the Alamance Citizens for a Drug Free Community’s Coalition to Prevent Underage Drinking and Prescription Drug Abuse recently attended the Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America National Leadership Conference in Washington. Along with others from North Carolina, they met with the staff of Sens. Kay Hagan and Richard Burr and Rep. Howard Coble to educate and advocate for substance abuse prevention resources that would impact local communities.
