Students make, create in Saxapahaw

B. Everett Jordan Elementary School students Olivia Riley, right, and Hayley Spraggins use an app called “Green Screen” on Tuesday to make videos with a simulated background during the Make and Create Family Night in Saxapahaw. Family and friends were invited to the school to check out demonstrations from the school’s Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) club and Maker Movement Exploration.
