Alamance-Burlington elementary school students are receiving free books in April and May thanks to Alamance County Rotary Clubs. Sylvan and North Graham elementaries received their books April 17 and 18. Yoder, Grove Park, South Graham and Haw River will receive their books in late April and early May. To ensure students get the books they want, schools host buy one-get one free book fairs and pick days to invite Rotarians to pay for one free book per student. While this is going on, other Rotarians read to students.
