The Alamance-Burlington School System Board of Education reserves the right to waive minor irregularities, reject any or all bids, and to accept the lowest responsible bid taking into consideration quality, performance and the time specified in the proposals for the performance of the contract. Bids may be accepted by more than one vendor.
