Rising 7th Grade Vaccine Information: The state of North Carolina requires all rising 7th graders to receive meningococcal and Tdap vaccines prior to 7th grade entry. If your child has already been vaccinated, please send in a copy of the vaccine record to our school nurse. If not, please contact their pediatrician, or the Alamance County Health Department now at 336-570-6459 to schedule an appointment.
