Off-season Conditioning.  These are VOLUNTARY workouts for students who plan on participating in football this spring, and summer, and for tryouts. The workouts are designed to build speed, agility, flexibility, athleticism, strength, discipline, character, mental and physical toughness.  The mini-camp is a warm-up for the summer workouts (after the 4th of July week).  More details on this will come soon.  

Mini-Camp will go from 4-5:30 pm at the middle school.  Schedule as follows:

5/13, 5/14, 5/15, 5/20, 5/21, 5/22

Students should bring their own water bottle, sneakers, cleats and workout clothing daily.
