We have an important announcement regarding visitors during lunch time. Our AO Family Handbook says that we will not have visitors at lunch until our cafeteria procedures have been established. We are pleased to communicate that we are ready to open lunch up to visitors beginning on Monday, November 14. There are important procedures that must be followed if you plan to be a visitor during lunch. All visitors must check in at the office and get a visitors sticker. This must be worn while on campus. All visitors will wait for their child’s class either outside the cafeteria or outside the office. Absolutely no outside food from restaurants will be permitted to be brought in and eaten in the cafeteria. At the end of lunch, all visitors will need to come back to the office to sign out. Visitors are not permitted to walk down to classrooms. We look forward to opening this back up and thank you in advance for following the procedures.
