Hello rising Eagle Juniors and Seniors!
A&T University is excited to share information about their free 2024 summer program - The Summer High School Transportation Institute.
Students take an in-depth dive into career pathways in transportation, experience cutting edge research centers, visit key industry partners, and receive SAT prep in Math and English, all for free! They’ll experience lectures from our first-rate faculty and get a crash course in conducting undergraduate
research at a university.
This year, they’re continuing with their highly successful residential program - meaning students will live on campus and get a taste of college life at the nation’s #1 historically black college/university. Still 100% free!

Only rising Juniors and Seniors with a 2.5 (or higher) GPA are eligible. Please apply for the program by following the steps below.
The application process is very simple.
BEFORE April 12th, 2024, students must:
1. Fill out the online application form completely here:
2. Submit official or unofficial high school transcripts to nrallen1@ncat.edu.
3. Ask at least one teacher and/or counselor to write them a letter of recommendation and email it to nrallen1@ncat.edu.
