The purpose of Title III supplementary funding is to help ensure that English Learners (ELs) attain English language proficiency and meet challenging state academic standards.

Alamance-Burlington Schools uses Title III funds to provide supplemental academic supports for English Learner students by offering: tutoring services, technology access, supplemental instructional materials, and for professional development opportunities for English Learner support staff.
