Open House
EAHS Open House is Tuesday, August 18th from 5:00-7:00. It is floating. If needed students can pick up a copy of their schedule in the front entrance or they can use Infinite Campus to view it and enter campus via any of the large gray doors. There will be students and staff around campus to help guide you to the right locations. We hope to see you there!
Senior Sunrise
Members of the Class of 2027 make plans now to attend Senior Sunrise on Monday, August 24th at 6:15. Senior parents are providing light breakfast. Don’t forget a blanket to sit on! We can’t wait to see you at the football field that morning to kick off your senior year!
Arrival to Campus
As students arrive on campus each morning they will have to enter through one of three OpenGate Weapons Detection System locations.
Bus lot (7:45-8:40)
Lower lot/trophy case hallway (8:15-8:40)
C building (8:15-8:40)
Any student who arrives on campus after 8:40 or at other times throughout the day must enter campus through the front office.

3-Ring Binders
Metal Spiral Notebooks
Metal Lunch boxes
Umbrellas
Metal Glasses case
All car riders should be dropped off and picked up in the back of the school near the football field/gym. Please do not use the front circle as it causes unsafe conditions for both students and drivers.
Student Schedules
Students schedules are now live in Infinite Campus, but they are still a work in progress. Staff are continuing to work daily to ensure that they will be ready for the start of school. They are correct schedules, fill in holes, balance class sizes, etc. which may cause what you see to shift.
Please remember there will be no general schedule changes as all courses were arranged based on the individual choices that students and families made last Spring. If you believe that there is an error on your schedule or a conflict that needs to be resolved please complete this form. This form must be completed by the student from their ABSS google account. DO NOT email the counselors directly. Requests that are made in this way will not be honored. Having all of the requests in one place helps to streamline the process.
Schedule change may only be completed prior to the start of school through Thursday, August 27th, listed below are the specific criteria for schedule changes:
Holes in schedules (no assigned class period)
Juniors/Seniors w/specific graduation requirements
Earned credit in summer school or credit recovery
Erroneously placed in class already passed
Administrative decision
Transportation Request Form
If your student is planning on riding a bus this school year, please complete the Transportation Request Form ASAP if you haven't already done so. All families must complete the form for your student to be scheduled on a bus route, regardless of whether they rode a bus previously. All bus assignments can be viewed in Infinite Campus when the request has been processed. Please be patient when viewing your student's bus assignment as the Transportation Department is processing several requests.
Infinite Campus - Back to School Forms
Infinite Campus is where students and parents can access grades, attendance, and other important school information. THe Back to School forms must be filled out in their entirety and accurately as they provide important information to the state and ABSS regarding your student, including medical needs and who can pick them up from school. The call system, which includes emails, calls, and text messages is synched daily with Infinite Campus. If your contact information is not updated, you may miss out on important information.
Here Comes the Bus
Is your student a bus a bus rider? ABSS will be implementing “Here Comes the Bus” app to help track students as they travel to and from school and get updates on delays and arrival times. Please be patient as we roll out this new platform. Families can down load the free app in the Google or Apple app stores. Parking Pass
It is time for students to purchase their 26-27 parking pass. Students must complete this form in order to do so. The following information will be needed to complete the form:
Student contact info (name, cell and email)
Parent/Guardian contact info (name, cell and email)
Car info (make, model, color)
Vehicle License Plate Number
Picture of your driver’s license (will need to upload)
Picture of your current registration (will need to upload)

Chromebooks:
Devices will be available in the media center during open house. This year, we are offering families the opportunity to purchase optional insurance for their student(s) chromebook. The cost of the optional insurance is $25. This premium is good for one instance of unintentional breakage (lost or intentional damage is not covered) and will help protect you from higher cost. You may elect when to apply your premium. Once used, the family would have the option to replace the optional insurance premium for an additional $25. Athletic Passes:
Yearly Athletic Passes are on sale now! This pass gets you into all home athletic contests for the upcoming school year. Fill out this form to get started.
