What is Leader in Me?

Leader in Me is an evidence-based school improvement model with frameworks to empower students with leadership and life skills to succeed in the 21st century. This framework teaches students skills they will be able to apply throughout their life. 

What does a Leader in Me school do? 

Leader in Me framework brings schools an opportunity to integrate highly effective practices throughout a school's culture. This framework will allow us to continue focusing on academics while embedding effective practices and tools into our approach:

• create a CULTURE of student empowerment, 

• an align systems to drive results in ACADEMICS.
