Please note that all fees are monthly fees and must be paid in full before the 1st of each month.
TWO month’s fees are due in full by September 1st
The rates will be the same every month, regardless of the days we are in school that month.
Late Pick-Up Fees: In the event that your child is picked up later than 5:45 pm from our program, $1.00 for every minute as a late fee will be assessed. ***5 late pick-ups (after 5:45 pm) will result in termination from the program.
Paying online is required this year. We will not accept any checks or cash.
Our payment due dates this year will be the 1st of each month. Beginning August 1st, payment for the full month's balance is due on or before the 1st of the month, or a $10.00 late fee will be added to your account. Paying monthly is required as an effort to avoid accumulating extra fees this year.
Neglect to pay two times on time will result in termination from the Eagle’s Nest Program. Please note that a returned check is considered “no payment.”
Eagle's Nest Registration
Parents are required to complete this registration form for this program. The form must be filled out in its entirety. **You will need your child's student ID number (PowerSchool Number) in order to register. If you do not know this number, please call Mrs. Rushin in the front office, and she will assist you: 336-578-1366.
Registration applications will be accepted throughout the school year, and students will be admitted based on appropriate vacancies. Spots fill up quickly in our program, and while we try to accommodate all families, we cannot guarantee a spot for your child due to capacity restrictions. A wait list will be maintained should additional spots open throughout the school year.
Eagle’s Nest will not discriminate against applicants for child care based on race, religion, creed, color, and/or natural origin. Special needs and requirements will be dealt with on an individual basis. Children must be enrolled in AWE in Kindergarten through Fifth Grades to be admitted into this program. Please be sure to update the names and phone numbers for your child as needed.
Pre-K students are not eligible for our Eagle’s Nest program.
Parents and students should review our AWE Extracurricular Family Handbook. Students/parents must abide by all rules and expectations in order to attend. Excessive violations of these expectations will result in the termination of Eagles Nest care.
