Eastlawn Global Elementary Appoints Mrs. Aleasha Chinn as Instructional Coach
Eastlawn Global Elementary is proud to announce the appointment of Mrs. Aleasha Chinn as the school’s new Instructional Coach, a role designed to strengthen teaching and learning across all grade levels.
Mrs. Chinn brings more than a decade of dedicated service to the Eastlawn community, most notably as a fifth-grade teacher known for consistently meeting and exceeding student growth expectations. Her instructional practice reflects a strong balance of academic rigor, meaningful relationships, and real-world application.
In addition to her classroom success, Mrs. Chinn has served in numerous leadership roles, including School Leadership Team Chair, Lead Representative for Ladies of Excellence, and mentor and advisor for student leadership groups such as Gentlemen in the Making and Safety Patrol. Her leadership has helped shape both academic progress and school culture.
The Instructional Coach position plays a critical role in Eastlawn’s instructional vision and school improvement efforts. In this role, Mrs. Chinn will:
- Collaborate with teachers to strengthen standards-aligned instruction
- Support data-informed instructional decisions
- Model effective teaching strategies
- Promote continuous professional growth across the school
This role allows her expertise to be leveraged across classrooms, ensuring that high-quality instructional practices benefit all students.
A proud graduate of North Carolina A&T State University, Mrs. Chinn attributes her educational foundation as a key influence in her excellence as an educator and leader. She leads with professionalism, discretion, and a deep commitment to Panther Pride.
