💕 The spirit of kindness has been embraced at Grove Park Elementary this month through the #KindnessMattersNC Challenge!
The Jr. Bulldog's Student Government sponsored a bulletin board and food drive to spread kindness. When students were "caught" doing an act of kindness, their names and acts were added to a displayed heart chain. The Student Government also held a food for our #ABSSCommunity.

🌠 From Principal Brown - "Ms. Karen Carotta is a staple representative at Graham High School. She is the advisor for the National Honor Society and Peer Group Connections. Through her commitment to students, and community, Ms. Carotta organized a blood drive in November. Through continuous efforts, the NHS was able to sign up over 45 donors. We are proud of the time and efforts that Ms. Carotta has put into the Graham community."

Save the Date! 🗓️ Join us for a fun and informative evening at the last Family University of the year, January 29th at Cummings High School! 🌟 A light dinner will be provided at no cost to families before you choose from many useful sessions on topics like registering for high school courses, career and technical education opportunities, and elementary reading and math strategies. Several sessions will also be available in Spanish (Algunas sesiones también estarán disponibles en español.) Childcare will be available for children from Pre-K to 5th grade, so the whole family can participate. The Family University is a great chance to get helpful information while connecting with other families and teachers. We hope to see you there - don't miss this valuable opportunity to support your student's growth and education!

Students who live at The Pointe apartments should be riding bus 91 in the AM & PM. The pick up and drop off stop for The Pointe is at the corner of Huntington Ct & Huntington Rd. Please be out by 7:00am and be looking for bus 91. These students should NOT be getting on bus 165.
Wednesday 9/13 Morning Only: Bus 86 is out for repair. Bus 59 will pick up students in its place Wednesday morning.
