ALL RISING 7th GRADERS
All students enrolled in the NC Public School System and entering the 7th grade are required to receive the Tdap & Meningococcal Vaccines.  Please schedule your vaccine appointment with your pediatrician or the Alamance County Health Department.  Once received, be sure to send an updated immunization record to school!  If you are not sure if your child has received the required immunizations, please contact your doctor’s office.  If these are not received by the 30th day of the 2020-2021 School year, your child will be excluded from school!
