Western Alamance FFA

FFA

The Western Alamance FFA strives to make a positive difference in the lives of students by developing their potential for premier leadership, personal growth and career success through agriculture education.  To obtain membership in the FFA you must be enrolled in one of the six agriculture courses offered, pay state and national dues totaling $15, and conduct a Supervised Agriculture Experience.

The Western Alamance FFA participates in numerous Career Development Events including Dairy Judging, Truck/Tractor Driving, Livestock/Horse Judging, Tool Identification, Plant ID, Public Speaking and Poultry Judging.  In addition to competitive events the chapter participates in numerous community service activities, meets the first Wednesday of every month, and has a minimum of two cookouts each year.

The FFA Alumni Booster Club is open to parents of our students, community members, past FFA members and any on that would like to support the WA FFA Chapter.  We meet the first Thursday of the month at 6:30pm in Tec 1.
