1.1 PROJECT INFORMATION
Project Name: Graham Middle School Roof Replacement, Phase II
Project Address: 311 East Pine Street, Graham, North Carolina 27253
Owner: Alamance-Burlington School System
General Scope of Work: Provide labor and materials required to perform roof replacement and repair work outlined in the Contract Drawings and these Specifications.
1.2 BIDS
Sealed bids for the project will be received from bidders by the Owner at 1712 Vaughn Road Burlington, North Carolina 27217 until 2:00 PM on Wednesday, September 27, 2023, at which time they will be publicly opened and read.
1.3 PROJECT DOCUMENTS
Electronic project documents may be obtained from the Engineer, REI Engineers, Inc., 9121 Anson Way, Suite 1 00, Raleigh, NC 27615 , dkrekelberg@reiengineers.com at no cost.
1.4 BIDDING REQUIREMENTS
All bidders are hereby notified that they shall be properly licensed under the state laws governing their trades.
Refer to Section 00 21 13 "Instructions to Bidders" for bid security and bonding requirements.
Submit questions to REI Engineers in writing to the email address listed above no later than 5:00 PM on Wednesday, September 20, 2023.
1.5 PRE-BID MEETING
A Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for 10:00 AM on Wednesday, September 13, 2023 at 311 East Pine Street, Graham, North Carolina 27253.
Attendance is mandatory.
