Project Name: Alamance-Burlington School System Haw River Elementary School Roof Replacement
Project Address: 701 E. Main Street, Haw River, North Carolina 27258
Owner: Alamance-Burlington School System
General Scope of Work: Removal of the existing roof system down to the existing deck and installation of a new single-ply roof system along with sheet metal flashing and trim to provide a complete, warrantable roof assembly.
BIDS
Sealed bids for the project will be received from bidders by the Owner at 1712 Vaughn Road Burlington, North Carolina 27217 until 3:00 pm on December 12, 2023, at which time they will be publicly opened and read.

BIDDING REQUIREMENTS
All bidders are hereby notified that they shall be properly licensed under the state laws governing their trades.
Refer to Section 002113 "Instructions to Bidders" for bid security and bonding requirements.
Submit questions to REI Engineers in writing to the email address listed above no later than 5:00 PM on November 29, 2023.
PRE-BID MEETING
A Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for 10:00 am on November 16, 2023 at 701 E. Main Street, Haw River, North Carolina 27258.
Attendance is mandatory.
