1.1 PROJECT INFORMATION
A. Project Name: Graham High School Roof Replacement
B. Project Address: 903 Trollinger Road, Graham, North Carolina 27253
C. Owner: Alamance-Burlington School System
1.2 BIDS
A. Sealed bids for the project will be received from bidders by the Owner at 1712 Vaughn Road Burlington, North Carolina 27217 until 2:00 PM on January 30, 2024 at which time they will be publicly opened and read.
1.3 PROJECT DOCUMENTS
A. Electronic project documents may be obtained from the Engineer, REI Engineers, Inc., 9121 Anson Way, Suite 100, Raleigh, NC 27615, at no cost beginning January 9, 2024.
1.4 BIDDING REQUIREMENTS
A. All bidders are hereby notified that they shall be properly licensed under the state laws governing their trades.
B. Refer to Section 00 21 13 "Instructions to Bidders" for bid security and bonding requirements.
C. Submit questions to REI Engineers in writing to the email address listed above no later than 5:00 PM on January 20, 2024.
1.5 PRE-BID MEETING
A. A Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for 11:00 AM on January 10, 2024 at 903 Trollinger Road, Graham, North Carolina 27253.
