Sealed proposals will be received by Alamance-Burlington School System in the Operations Conference Room at 1712 Vaughn Rd, Burlington, NC 27217 up to 3:00 pm April 4, 2024 and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read for the furnishing of labor, material and equipment entering into the construction of:
Alamance-Burlington School System
Altamahaw Ossipee Elem. School – On site paving improvements
Scope of Work:
Tree removal, site demolition, asphalt and concrete paving, grading and drainage, erosion control, Landscaping and seeding.
Bids will be received for Single Prime General Contract All proposals shall be lump sum.
Pre-Bid Meeting:
An open pre-bid meeting will be held for all interested bidders on March 21, 2024 at 10:00am, Location: Altamahaw Ossipee Elem. School at 2832 N. NC 87 Elon, NC 27244.
The meeting will address project specific questions, issues, bidding procedures and bid forms.
