The Southern Alamance FFA Chapter took home big wins at the National FFA Organization Convention.
The SA Floriculture team took 1st place nationally in their Career Development Event:
-Addison Holliday
-Paicey Cameron (3rd individually)
-Haleigh Cornelison
-Meredith Newton (4th individually)
The SA Nursery/Landscape team also took 1st place:
-Brandon Pasour (1st individually)
-Zack Tumey (9th individually)
-Shea Kirkpatrick (4th individually)
-Frankie Mahaney (5th individually)
The SA Forestry team took 2nd place nationally:
-Kaelyn Sawyer
-Rylee Senecal (3rd individually)
-Lee Sharpe
-Delaney Hawkins
By winning two national events in the same year, Southern Alamance FFA becomes only the third chapter in history to accomplish this feat.
