IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL BIDDERS / PROPOSERS: Alamance-Burlington School System reserves the right to disqualify incomplete proposals, waive minor defects as it deems applicable, request additional information from any respondent, change or modify the scope of the project at any time without any penalty, negotiate terms with one or more of the respondents, reject any or all proposals without a penalty, and take any steps necessary to act in ABSS's best interest. Bids/proposals will not be considered for award if received by Alamance-Burlington School System after the official closing date and time.
INVITATION TO BID
The Alamance-Burlington School System is requesting sealed bids for "Security Upgrades: CCTV and Door Access" at 3 different sites. Qualified contractors are invited to bid this project as outlined in this RFP.
Submission Details
Deadline for Sealed Bids: On or before November 25, 2025, until 2:00 PM.
Electronic bids will not be accepted.
Submission Requirement: Contractors should submit an original and One (1) additional copy of their complete proposal and completed Bid Form by the deadline.
Envelope Marking: The sealed envelope or package must be clearly marked with the following site information:

Alexander Wilson "Security Upgrades: CCTV and Door Access".

Bid Opening
Date and Time: 2:00 PM on November 25, 2025.
