People looking at art display at Paramount Theater

A group of Williams High School's IB Visual Art seniors have been working for months  to showcase a culmination of their work with the community.  Seniors Alina Merchant, Giselle Menjivar, and Hailey Kirkman unveiled their work Thursday night at the Paramount Theater.

"Creating this gallery has helped me grow as a person, develop my skills , and build creative confidence," said Hailey Kirkman.

The work will be on display through February 18 at The Paramount Theater, 128 East Front Street in downtown Burlington.  Guests can also read about their inspirations and have an opportunity to share their own thoughts on the work.

"I'm incredibly proud these students and to see how much they've grown through this process," said Elizabeth Wooten, Williams High School IB Fine Arts Teacher.
