Meet the Principal

Erin Millspaugh

Mrs. Erin Millspaugh

Mrs. Erin Millspaugh has been with ABSS her entire career. Beginning in 2002 as a teacher at Eastlawn, she also taught at South Graham Elementary before taking on the role of Academic Coach in 2012 at Highland Elementary. She has served as Assistant Principal at Highland Elementary since 2017. 

Erin has served as a mentor for fellow ABSS colleagues since 2013. She has been named 2007-2008 Teacher of the Year at South Graham Elementary, ABSS Mentor of the Year in 2016, and ABSS Assistant Principal of the Year in 2019.

Mrs. Millspaugh earned her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Southwest Baptist University and a Masters of Arts in Elementary Education from North Carolina A&T State University. Additionally, she earned a Post Masters Certificate in School Administration from Western Carolina University, where she also received an Outstanding Leadership Award.

Mr. Jeremy Wells

Mr. Jeremy Wells

Mr. Wells has been in education since 2000.  He started his teaching career in Guilford County, where he taught 5th grade for 12 years.  He joined ABSS as an assistant principal in 2012.  He has worked at Highland, Hillcrest, Sylvan, Pleasant Grove, and now AO.

Mr. Wells earned his Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from UNCG and a Master's in School Administration from North Carolina A&T State University.
