We will be running 3 buses morning and afternoon until further notice. Everything went very smoothly this afternoon, and we appreciate your patience. We will let you know when we can return to our 4 bus routes. If there are any changes to the regular dismissal routine for your child (i.e., instead of riding the bus, he/she will be a car rider one day), please send a signed note to the teacher. This can also be done electronically under the Parent tab—Student Transportation Change or using the form link in the weekly email. If you have any questions about buses, please email Mrs. Hubert!

The power is back on at AWE. Thank you for your patience. Eagles Nest will remain open until the normal time.

AWE is experiencing a power outage. Students are safe and secure, but phones are down. Please be patient with us during dismissal, as the light at the intersection is out. Clubs (music) are canceled this afternoon. Eagles Nest will be open for now--but we may need parents to pick up early if the outage isn't resolved soon.

First graders at Alexander Wilson performed a little reading “surgery” today as they identified non-fiction text features like the table of contents, glossaries, headings, and captions. Nurse Kelly Corum joined in too! #StudentCenteredFutureFocused

Alexander Wilson's youngest eagles are using "science eyes" 👀 to explore reversible change with a tasty frozen snack! Students observed the ice melting and discovered the fruit inside. 🍓 #StudentCenteredFutureFocused

Beginning tomorrow, 1/9/23: Mr. Jeff Hall on Bus 21 will be picking up / dropping off students who live in Autumn Trace , Oliver’s MHP, Paisley Drive, Alexander/Grant Drive, N. Jim Minor Road , and Long Dairy Road. Ideally, this will reduce some of our route times. Please be patient as we work to adjust the routes.
