Every day is a new discovery in our kindergarten classes! 🌟 All ABSS elementary schools are hosting their Kindergarten Open House this Thursday, April 23rd, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM! High Schoolers from the Career & Technical Education Center visited Haw River Elementary to give students a hands-on look at the skills they are learning in culinary arts, nursing, computer engineering, animation, automotive, and carpentry! #ABSSCTE #ThisisABSS

To the parents of students on bus 55: please try to carpool if you miss the bus. The buses are not allowed to go back due rising fuel costs. There are some exceptions but likely won’t happen. Unfortunately, we do not know when 175 will be at certain stops, so please be on the look out and be outside. We will let you know if there are any other bus changes. Courage means doing the right thing even when it is difficult, trying new things, and standing up for others. Throughout the week, teachers will continue to encourage students to show courage in their learning by asking questions, persevering through challenges, and supporting their classmates.
