I am so excited to be part of the Stallion Stampede! This is my 13th year as a school counselor. I began my career in education at Morehead High School in Eden. In 2019, my family moved to Alamance County and I served as the Graduation Coach at Eastern Alamance until I was hired as Lead School Counselor for Southeast. My passion is helping students to find their potential and then have one of the best seats to watch them realize it! In my office, you'll find that I live by 3 Cs: Compassion, Consistency and Communication.

Outside of school, you'll find me spending time with my two children. Jenna is a freshman at UNC Charlotte and Jacob lives in Greensboro and manages Request Boutique. I also have the best dog, Sadie. I love to travel and am always planning my next adventure. I find peace by any body of water. I also love to take pictures of any and everything. You can see some of my pics of events at Southeast on my professional Instagram Page: ms.toms_studentservices.
